The LCC women’s basketball team beat Mt. Hood on Saturday 95-44. The Titans are now the Southern Region Champions for the second year in a row. #25 Sierra Scheppel led the team with 28 points. #23 Bella Hamel had 14 points and led the team with 11 rebounds. The Titans will go on to play Bellevue in the NWAC Sweet 16 Tournament Thursday March 9 at 8:00 p.m. The tournament starts at Columbia Basin College.
