It’s easy nowadays to dismiss the events of the world as it won’t get us. Whether it’s going out with friends or partying at the beach, it is essential to remember that we can make a difference for someone. Imagine if that person is your family, your mom, dad, sister, or brother that you got sick or that got you sick.

That is why I’m choosing to pledge to stay at home.

Staying at home, however, doesn’t mean that we can’t go out, I still go to get groceries, and take walks, I make sure to stay away from people whenever and wherever I can. This makes it possible for me to enjoy the weather while making sure that others don’t get anything I have.

I strongly urge people to join this pledge to stay at home so that our parents and grandparents don’t get this virus that is affecting us all.

Only together will we be able to prevent this virus from affecting many many more people, protect your family and your friends and agree with many others that together from our homes we can protect everyone. studentpirgs.org/pledge
