The Learning Garden is located behind the Child and Family Center, building 26. You can access it from the upper parking lots in the Southwest corner of Main campus. Follow a trail down to the greenhouses and then you will see the garden beyond.
The Learning Garden welcomes students and staff alike to come volunteer their time on some of our fall projects in the garden. These projects could be working on the Bioswale (essentially an irrigation ditch that winds its way through the garden and is planted with some native species. We are also creating a Food Forest and are just starting to work on getting that established. There are events for people of all abilities and interests.
