President Stephanie Bulger announced that LCC will be closed on Thursday Feb. 23 due to the severe winter weather. “In light of Lane County weather forecasts, all college locations will be closed Thursday, February 23. Essential employees will be notified by their supervisor if they will be required to report to work. Regular operations will resume Friday, February 24.”
Both the men’s and women’s Titans basketball games against Linn-Benton are postponed until further notice. An artist talk with Kum Ja Lee scheduled for tomorrow has also been canceled. Artatlane is hopeful that it can be rescheduled. The Student Support Hub will be open tomorrow from 9:00 a.m. until noon for any student who needs help processing the lock down and active shooter threat that happened today.
