Led by Coach Greg Sheley, the women’s basketball team is undefeated this season. This may put a lot of pressure on the women but pressure is not always bad. “It also amplifies the focus and the dedication of the young women,” Sheley said. “They’re able to maintain that focus and desire to continue to win.”
Teamwork has helped the team get to where they are today; everyone is contributing by sharing the ball and working together. Based on the scoreboard, the closest game this season was the game against Clackamas on Feb 5. The Titans squeaked by winning 86-81. The Titans are 24-0 with two more games left this season. They are playing at home against Clackamas tonight at 5:30 p.m. and traveling to Mt. Hood on Saturday, March 12.
