Join us for a fruitfully informative event that will be ripe with knowledge on nutrition on Apr 15. 10am to 2pm in the center building. We plan to unearth the secrets hiding behind pervasive nutrition myths, taking a simple offline moment to savor sweet chocolate-sized truths. 

Whether you’re health conscious or just peeling your way through wellness, this event will surely be perfect for learning about the significance of a balanced diet and challenging your nutrition IQ. 

Join us to expand your understanding of nutrition and make informed choices for your well-being. 

Students and faculty will learn about the importance of nutrition and how to make informed choices in their diet. Develop lifelong habits that promote overall well-being and prevent health issues.

Students and staff also have the opportunity to ask the registered dietary nutritionist, Kimberly Powell, about specific dietary concerns. Debunk common nutritional myths and learn several nutritional truths.

Participants will also learn to read food labels and understand nutritional information to make better choices.

Lastly, students can win prizes such as an air fryer, blender, waffle maker and more. Students will also have a variety of free foods to enjoy and take home.
